Anne Corbett, Executive Director
Anne has led Go Play’s talented team since 2019 when she helped win the contract to manage The Fields at RFK. An accomplished leader with experience in directing public-private partnerships, Anne’s urban planning expertise includes arts and creative placemaking, parks and stadiums, affordable housing, historic preservation and stormwater management. Anne is known for innovative strategies that create authentic places and creative solutions for complex real estate projects. A graduate of Wake Forest and the University of Maryland, Anne lives in Stanton Park where she is raising two sporty sons.

Rhiannon Ülgen, Senior Permit Manager
Rhiannon is originally from Michigan and comes to DC by way of Italy and Turkey, where she was a teacher and education coordinator. As Permit Manager, she provides superior customer service for The Fields at RFK Campus, managing permit requests and solving the schedule puzzle with ease every season. Her energy and enthusiasm for exceptional customer service set Go Play apart from other sports management.

Jaime Melvin, Special Events Manager
Jaime is one of the longest reigning members of our team. He started as a member of The Fields staff and worked his way all the way up to Special Events Coordinator. He earned a B.S. in Communications concentrating in Strategic Public Relations from Bowie State University. Jaime has a passion for mixed martial arts, and actively trains muay thai, boxing, and no-gi jiu jitsu.

Micah Morrison, Operations Manager
Micah is another member of the team who is a native Washingtonian. He is an organizational wizard and keeps the team operating smoothly. Micah is a huge country music fan and always ready to talk music at the drop of a hat. He’s also a massive sports fan with unwavering loyalty to his local Washington sports teams. If it involves the Nats, Caps or Spirit, you’ll find Micah cheering in the stands.

Anna McCaffrey, Communications Manager
Anna has called DC her home for a few years now, but she remains a Texan at heart. She is a true communications nerd, earning both a B.A. in Communication from St. Edward’s University and an M.A. in Communication from the University of Colorado. She is passionate about health, wellness, and dogs. Anna loves to chat, especially about Go Play’s mission. Say howdy if you see her out and about.

Monica Scharf, Program Manager
As Program Manager, Monica organizes our Youth Sports For All program and arranges programs and partnerships at The Fields. She also supports communications and provides customer service both on the field and behind the scenes. Monica moved to the DMV from a small town just outside of Cleveland to attend George Mason University. She graduated with a degree in Sport Management. When she’s not working, Monica loves transforming thrift store finds into up-cycled treasures.

Keila Benavides, Operations Coordinator
Keila was born and raised in DC and graduated from DC International PCS. In her free time, she likes to watch her friends and family play soccer. She also enjoys hikes with her family and going out to eat to try new foods. Keila drives day to day operations at The Fields, training and scheduling staff and compiling operations reports. She also supports our Youth Sports for All program registering area youth to high quality sports programs.

Esdras Benavides, Facilities Coordinator
Esdras leads field monitors and tracks maintenance issues with great energy and positivity. His favorite part of working at The Fields is the inclusivity and happiness that everyone experiences there. He feels fulfilled to work somewhere where everyone is invited to come and play. You can find him outside playing a game of soccer with family or friends in his free time.

Drew Dozier, Field Monitor
Drew is a born-and-raised Washingtonian and proud of it. He graduated from School Without Walls high school in 2022 and now attends Morehouse College in Atlanta. Drew returns to The Fields during his time off from school and we’re always happy to have him back. He enjoys football and dining out in his spare time.

Richard Morris, Field Monitor
Richard is another friendly face you might meet down at The Fields. He loves being from Washington but is also happy to trade city life for cold weather and nature now and then. His favorite part of working down at The Fields is being outside with all of the energetic patrons. Richard enjoys lacrosse and basketball. goes here

Finn Sweet, Field Monitor
Another born-and-raised Washingtonian, Finn grew up playing Capitol Hill Little League. His favorite way to get involved is through supporting the coaching staff of his little brother’s team. A college sports aficionado, he attends Ole Miss where he is working towards a degree in business. He hopes to work in the professional sports business.
